Colleen BracciLicensed Associate Real Estate Broker Colleen grew up as the daughter of a property investor and REALTOR®. At a young age, she assisted her father with his hundreds of rental units and learned the investment property business from the ground up. At the age of 18, she obtained her real estate license and from there she began helping other investors build their cash-flowing rental portfolios. Having in-depth knowledge of what it takes to be a successful property investor and having cultivated all the necessary skills and relationships needed to assist her clients in making superior investment choices, Colleen is the Realtor® you want to help you build your high-yield portfolio of properties. Colleen has extensive experience in assisting foreign nationals with the purchase of Western New York investment property and was a presenter at the International Property Investor's Showcase in London, England (2008). Mark J. WarthAssociate Broker Mark has been a Licensed REALTOR for the past eight years, and specializes in investment properties located in Monroe County and surrounding areas with an emphasis in the city of Rochester, NY. Prior to becoming an agent, he owned and managed his own properties for nearly 20 years. Mark served his community as a probation officer for 28 years, retiring as a Senior US Probation Officer in September of 2009. He is knowledgeable and familiar with virtually every neighborhood in Rochester, as well as the property values in those areas. Mark has completed training courses in Basic & Advanced Concepts in Commercial and Investment Real Estate, as well as Fair Housing and Ethics. He is certified to represent buyers of HUD foreclosures and serves on the arbitration/Professional Standards Hearing Pool for the greater Rochester Association of Realtors®. Mark is the Listing Specialist for BIT.
